Cost: $100/golfer

18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, 2 drink tickets

All proceeds go to support New Prague youth basketball and varsity.

Payment will be taken in cash or check on the day of the golf tournament. 

Registration is due by Friday, May 30th, unless the tournament reaches capacity beforehand. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
